I've always loved animals, more specifically the feline variety. I rescued my beautiful Tilly from a small rescue in Yorkshire 10 years ago. Before committing to welcoming four more paws, I wanted to foster and see how Tilly would behave. That led me to Amanda and her amazing charity ❤️

I saw first hand the amazing work her, her amazing team of fosters and volunteers do. I started fostering, in one year I helped 14 cats find their forever home. To be a part of that process was so special. So much so, that in March 2025 I fell in love with the cheekiest of boys - a chocolate British Shorthair - Teaser. He'd been with me only a few days when I knew he was the one!

Unfortunately that did mean my fostering journey had to come to an end. But I now try to support ASA by volunteering when I can... so what better way than to throw myself out of a plane?
