My name is Joseph Teale, when I was 19 I had a RTC which left me with severe disability including acquired brain injury. I am now 38 and have been attending Headways for many years which specialises in helping those with head injuries and their family/friends to deal with it.
As a result of Covid-19 charities are struggling with funding as a result of fundraisers not being possible so I have decided to help Headways Trust by doing a 5K trike ride on my specialised exercise Tricycle with my carers.
