Charity For My Brother Ali Abedrabbo
Donation protected

On Thursday, April 8th ,2021 my brother had passed away. Ali Mohammed Abedrabbo was the most beautiful person you have met. No one can deny that although he may have made mistakes, as everyone does, his heart was pure and beautiful. My heart breaks everyday knowing that I can no longer hug him or give him a kiss on the cheek.
He was the best uncle, and most loving brother anyone could have been blessed to have. He was my baby brother and my best friend.
Like many youth today, he struggled with addiction. This is a huge problem here in the Muslim Community but is not spoken about and considered a huge taboo. The biggest problem in this community is that people shun these children away , judge them, and do not offer help.
Ali was well known in the East Plano community. He had volunteered numerous of times in the Masjid and was loved by many.
What makes Ali different, was his desire and intention to get help and get better.
We all go through ups and downs on our faith but the most beautiful thing about this religion is that when you make your intention and if you are taken before you can fulfill it, you are rewarded as if you have completed it.
Before he passed, my mother had told him, "Papi you know, if you change and come back for the sake of Allah, He will take your bad deeds and they will become good deeds." He started to cry and said, "I never knew that mama. The only reason I did what I did was because I thought I was so bad that I was going to hell anyways."
She had also made dua for him to become a traveling imam that helps people and gives dawaah. His last words to her were, "Ameen mom Ameen!" Before he hung up he said, "Mom I'm gonna go make Wedu."
That week he was having the brothers who have been down his route come and help him. He passed away before they came and his heart had stopped on its own.
The purpose of this account is to build wells in his name as a form of Sadaqaah Jaariah.
On the authority of Sa‘d bin ’Ubadah (ra) that he said, ‘O Messenger of Allah! Umm (mother of) Sa‘d has died, so which charity is best?’ He [saw] replied, “Water (is best).” He said, ‘So he [ra] dug a well and said, “This (well) is for Umm Sa‘d”’. (Abu Dawud)
Ali didn't make it to 21. The 2 things that are still accepted on his behalf are duaa and Sadaqah (Charity) in his name. I ask of you this Ramadan to please help make my brothers scale heavy on the day of judgement. Please continue to make dua and please donate to this account on his behalf.
