Charity donations in memory of Efterpi Gavriel

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our mother, grandmother, sister and aunt EFTERPI GAVRIEL on 7 November 2020 in Nicosia, Cyprus. She was a loving mother to Sonia, Maria and Stavros, and adoring grandmother to Christina and Andrew. She also leaves her four sisters and many beloved nephews and nieces, all of whom will miss her strength and love. Born on 12 December 1940 in Rizokarpaso, she moved to London in 1957 and soon met and married her husband, Christakis. Always happiest when surrounded by family and friends, especially when feeding them, she had time and a kind word for everyone, helping where she could and living life to the full right up to the end. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

We request that instead of flowers, donations be made which will be shared between the Royal Marsden Cancer Hospital and Greek Orthodox Cathedral of St Mary's.
