This month, we are taking part in the Askeaton Touring Club Charity Cycle, a 150KM event supporting Cork University Hospital’s Neurosurgery Department.
Now in its 26th year, the Askeaton Touring Club continues its tradition of raising funds for local charities. This year, the cause is especially close to our hearts.
In August last year, our cousin Jack underwent brain surgery for meningitis and melanoma at the GA Neurosurgery Department in CUH. Thanks to the incredible care and expertise of the staff, Jack received the treatment he needed. To show our appreciation, all funds raised through this cycle will go directly to the CUH Neurosurgery Department, in recognition of the outstanding care Jack received.
The cycle will take place over two days (June 28th & 29th), covering a 150KM route with stops in Adare, Croom, Bruff, Kilmallock, and more.
Your support - no matter how big or small - will make a real difference to patients and families who rely on this vital service.
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity ♀️
