As many know, I have been battling chronic illness for the past few decades and am grateful for every ounce of progress made, but since my move to Minnesota this past January, my health has slipped downhill faster than expected, and I need to put out a cry for extra help.
Here are the most important points to know right now and the reason for the urgency of this campaign:
- My liver is presently functioning at 40% of its capacity, creating severe symptoms, including jaundice, and causing me to lose foods, sleep, and making it difficult to cope with the smallest toxin exposures. It has taken a sharper turn for the worse within the past 10 days and I cannot let it go unattended any longer.
- This is mainly due to the increase of toxin exposures I have had this year (mold and many more), along with the plastics in my water building up in my system, not sleeping on a regular basis, and being hit with so many viruses back-to-back, including Covid three times and the flu twice.
- It is vital that I resume treatments that I stopped a while back due to finances. These were enabling my liver to get by, although still impaired, but stopping them has led to a major decline.
- It is vital that I lessen my toxic load and exposure to toxins and pathogens.
- It is vital that I start sleeping.
- From there, I will work on a healing plan with my doctor and keep taking another step until I see a shift and a snowball effect begins.
- I had hoped to make a video, along with sharing more of my story in a readable form but I am just not well enough. I will do my best to put together an interview video for you all at some point. I wanted to get the urgency of the need out and then will come back with updates and revisions in the days ahead.

- Whenever possible, Venmo (@Charissa-Galbraith) is the best way to give because there are no fees and I will have access to the funds much sooner but I wanted to make this platform available for those who prefer it.
- Can you share this on your social media or with anyone you feel might be interested in supporting? I know many have been so generous over the years and there is a need to expand the support base right now.

- All funds will be used to implement life-sustaining and healing treatments. I am on disability but it does not begin to cover the medical bills and even basic needs.
I cannot thank you all enough for your support, prayers, and life-giving words. I truly cannot do this without you. And whatever you are facing today, do not let go of your hope! I cannot count how many times I have wanted to stop fighting, stop enduring, stop hoping. And yet, if I had listened to those voices I would not be here today. Your story is not finished yet. There IS a new dawn ahead. Keep going! You are closer than you know. We will see it together.
