Charice's Fearless Fight in Stroke Recovery
Donation protected

Charice and her family's world was turned upside down this week when she was diagnosed with having an Ischemic Stroke. Ischemic strokes occur when the arteries to your brain become narrowed or blocked, causing severely reduced blood flow. She has lost sensation in her left leg, and upper side of her body. The doctors at US Naval Hospital Yokosuka are monitoring her closely until she is well enough to travel.
Charice moved to Japan three months ago to be closer to her son and new granddaughter. However, after the unfortunate events that recently occurred she will have to move back stateside to get the proper care needed for rehabilitation. Strokes are life-changing events that can affect a person both physically and emotionally. After a stroke, successful recovery will often involve specific therapies and support.
Charice has a long road ahead and a big fight. Her son Darius needs all the support he can get. He will especially need financial support for medical expenses including therapies, numerous scans, extended hospital stays, traveling costs, and loss of work.
Any donation to help offset the cost of this horrible situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for all of your love, support, and prayers.
