Can you help? 
Some of you know about the house fire on Bass Ln. In the Clearlake Oaks, that took the life of my sister Charell Crowder, Bill Gates, and Jay Gates.  
Unfortunately, all records were destroyed, and if she had insurance, it cannot be found.  
Please help her family put her to rest. The family has a place for her, with her daughter who passed in 1996. We have a desperate need for your help with the basics to be able to place her with her daughter.

Please Help, she was the most caring and giving person you would ever want to know. All she ever wanted out of life was to give to others, and maybe a little love in return.
