If you’re here, you probably already know, or know of, Joan, which means you might already know she’s trying to evict a grade 4 brain tumor from some valuable real estate in her head. Asking for help is never easy, all the more so because we know many of our friends and loved ones aren’t in any better of a position than we are to meet the burdens of the U.S. healthcare system’s accounting department.
