Chapman Repair Laurel Chapman

Donation protected
Laurel's instrument repair shop was in the Ivy Building. The roof caught fire during the civil unrest related to the murder of George Floyd when debris from the arson at the Hexagon Bar landed on it. She describes her workshop as "having a new skylight and a lake."  All her tools and instruments under repair were in the shop.  Damages are not yet known. She has spent 6 years getting the business developed and now has lost income, the workshop, and perhaps tools. Funds will be needed soon to pay the expenses involved in moving the business and to keep her afloat. The estimate needed is just that. The real amount needed could be much more.  Help get the word out by sharing this!
