Chapman Home Flood

Hello all, we hate to do this, but we are in a huge bind. We came home from an event for our daughter and found the house to be flooded. This house belonged to Randy's grandparents, and the estate had apparently stopped paying for homeowners insurance so we are unwittingly on the hook for around $30,000 of repairs.

We aren't rich, and as a teacher this is a huge hit to our family. Please share and help!
