I have challenged myself to cycle between every team's ground in the SWF Championship (East Fife's league). This will be around 400 miles and I plan to do it over a week in the October school holiday.

As chaplain of East Fife Girls' and Women's Football Club I want to raise money for two charities. All money raised will be split equally between EFGWFC and Sports Chaplaincy Scotland for their work with partner charity Sports Chaplaincy Malawi.

1. Women's football is hugely underfunded and EFGWFC is a volunteer run club where the players are paying subs to be part of the club and to get to training and matches. With away games ranging from Ayr to Elgin the travel costs are high and I would like to be able to start a fund to cover some of these costs for the club, players and coaching team.

2. As part of the Scottish Sports Chaplaincy community I can see the positive impact and value chaplains can have in a club, particularly when having had mental health training. Sports Chaplaincy Scotland has links with Sports Chaplaincy in Malawi and are currently fundraising to help develop and deliver mental health training to managers, coaches and chaplains there.
