Chapel assessment fund

Hi my name is Carole and I'm the steward from Upper Cwmbran Methodist chapel, The Square Upper Cwmbran. We are trying to raise funds to pay our assessment which has increased so much and due to the lack of members we realistically can't afford it. We are threatened with closure and due to the history of this wonderful chapel which is over 200 years old this would be so sad. We were successful last year in raising funds on gofundme for our new kitchen and had great support for our Saturday afternoon teas in the summer. I know everyone is finding it difficult at the moment with the cost of living crisis. But a few people have suggested me doing this and if you'd like to help we would really appreciate it. By the way we will be doing our Saturday afternoon teas on the 29th July, 5th, 19th and 26th August 2pm until 4pm. Thank you so much
