Chantz Sigler medical bills.

Hi, my name is Michele and I am Chantz’s mom. On June 8th we received a phone call that changed our lives forever. ….. Chantz has a brain tumor and needed to get to the hospital ASAP.

He needed surgery so we decided to take him to the best hospital for that diagnosis, Cleveland Clinic. This was the best decision even though the hospital is 5 hours away.

Chantz and his wife Jannah have pretty good insurance but their portion of the bill will be astronomical and perhaps too much for them to handle. I am asking my friends to consider helpin them with monetary help. They are young and having to miss a great deal of work to battle this head on.

At the time of the start of this fundraiser, we do not know the pathology of the tumor. We will find out on June 30th. Chantz is currently in Cleveland Clinic’s acute rehabilitation.
