Hello my name is kj Taylor-harrison ive set up this go fund me page for my cousin/godmother chantal on the 8th of November while she was working she had a Aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (asah) and was found unresponsive. She also found out she had a stroke and seizures. She was then rushed to royal North shore hospital in Sydney where she went for brain surgery, she stayed in Sydney for 3 weeks then was transferred back to Gosford hospital where she will stay till they get her pain undercontrol, then be moved to a rehabilitation facility where she needs to work on her vision,walking,strength and memory. She has also found out today not only does she have a brain injury, but now has been taking heart medication to help pump blood through the left side of her heart also an could possibly have a heart attack. I wanted to set this up to help her with medical expenses and any financial assistance she may need for in the near future.
