Hi, I'm David Buresh, and I'm raising funds to support Medicine Games, Inc., an incredible organization dedicated to empowering underserved Indigenous youth across the United States. By promoting access to games and gaming-related activities, Medicine Games fosters mental health, community building, and future success among these young individuals.

For 2026, Medicine Games is looking to produce another round of Konane playsets for local elementary schools here in Hawaii. Additionally, if we are able to reach our goal of $1,800 USD, we will be able to send Kapena Baptista, a scholar on konane at the Bishop Museum and one of the leaders in its revitalization, to PAX Unplugged 2026 to teach Konane on the mainland!

We have set a total goal of $3,000 USD as that will also allow two of our directors to accompany Kapena, and hopefully have a booth at the event.
