Genora's "Change the Narrative"Fund

In lieu of flowers, we ask that in memory of our mother you donate to her "Change the Narrative" fund. This fund will be used to support research on improving outcomes of minority women with breast cancer.
We are in the process of creating a 501c3 however it will not be officially an entity in time for her funeral. The funds will be directly rolled over into this non-profit that will provide grant money for those doing research that will directly improve the outcomes of breast cancer in minority women.
The current story of breast cancer in minority women is one of poorer outcomes and more agressive disease. We seek to find individuals committed to researching ways to change the story around breast cancer for minority women. We strive to fund discoveries that will improve outcomes, survivial and general knowledge. We want to change the narrative.
