Jesse was recently blessed with a new job at an amazing company in Ft. Worth. Because of prior ministry commitments and a new job schedule, he will be unable attend the Oxford Study Program. We are extremely grateful for all of the support we've been given. Kelly will still be attending the trip and is excited to discern and pray through God's will for our family in the next few years. We have updated the total cost needed for just Kelly to attend, which is $4,300.

Because of our great friends and family, we were able to put in the deposit for Kelly's trip.

The trip is July 15-31 and the next installment due is $1,408 on May 1st.

Kelly is extremely eager for this opportunity, but we are unable to make up the funds on our own. Anything would be greatly appreciated. We also ask for prayers for this opportunity as this trip has the potential to provide long term direction for our lives, education, and ministry.

Our school, Southwestern Seminary is offering an Oxford Study Program. This will be a study/mission trip to London, Oxford, and Scotland this summer. Our hope is to get to be a part of this trip in order to further our knowledge of the Christian faith and the history behind it. The goal of this trip is not only take classes, and learn more about history, but to also interact with the students on campus in hopes of having gospel centered conversations. The funds raised will go toward tuition for graduate school, travel expenses, cultural tickets, and room and board for two people.

Another reason we would love to be able to participate in this trip, is to discern whether or not we should pursue church planting and/or higher education in the UK.

We want to visit the UK for short period of time in order to discern if God may be calling us for a longer season. Along with the classes and lectures on the history of the Christian faith in the UK, we will also be praying to see if this is where the Lord will have us in the future for an extended period of time.
