Two years ago, Chanel experienced a life-changing event. She was away for 2 months and when she returned home she smelled something in the kitchen. She opened the cabinet and there was a box of tomato sauce a mouse had gotten into and it was covered in thick black mold, she accidentally inhaled the spores, and within a few months began experiencing serious lung issues. What seemed like a minor incident became serious, as the spores took hold in her lungs.
She was later diagnosed with Alveolar Fibrosis. Over time, her condition worsened, causing severe scarring in her lungs and making everyday life increasingly difficult.
