Our dear friend Chandra, a wife and mother to two young children, was recently & unexpectedly diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. She has already begun chemotherapy treatments, she will have two more rounds of chemo, followed by a big surgery, and then three more rounds of chemo & radiation treatment.
This, along with the struggles & side effects of cancer itself, will obviously make it very challenging for her to work and support her family. For the past three years Chandra has been the sole provider for her young family of four while her husband, Elzard, is attending medical school.
We would like to help ease some of the financial burden this sweet family is facing so that Chandra can focus her energy on healing and battling this cancer. Funds raised will go to help pay for her cancer treatment & other medical bills along with their other basic life expenses such as food & childcare.
