Help us give Chandler a fighting chance.  Little chander was mutilated by a possible back yard botched neuter.  He has a scar on his abdomen, his genitals are completely ungloved and hanging out of his abdomen.  The surgery to reattach his penis so he can eliminate , wound care and more, will cost approximately 6,000.00

His is at the vet and sedated and is in isolation ready for surgery.
