Chandlers Emergency Vet Bills

Hi friends & family,
For those of you who don’t know, Chandler, my 3 year old cat, was hospitalized over the weekend where he was diagnosed with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. This basically means he suffered from a blocked urine tract that stopped him from being able to urinate properly. This is considered an emergency, as it can be lethal if left untreated.
He spent a total of 36 hours in the hospital where they ran numerous tests and successfully unblocked his urinary tract. This unforeseen circumstance has put me out over $4000 due to the ER visit, check ups, and prescription food he will be on for the rest of his life. He has another vet check up in 2 weeks where they will run the same tests, meaning that the total will continue to increase.
Those of you who know me, know that the last thing I want to do is ask for money or allow people to pay my way. This humbling experience has very much shaken up my world, as I am struggling to care for Chandler as best I can in this time of need.
