Chance to receive justice for what happened to me

Back on March 29th 2019 my wife was Brutally attacked by patient at the North Dakota State hospital while cleaning a bathroom there, Her attacker was a patient who was paroled there to be classified to see if he was capable of being released onto the streets. Prior to his attack where he attempted to murder my wife he chocked her to the point of near death broke her nose in multiple places and she suffered many cuts and bruises from him punching and kicking her repeatedly until staff arrived much later. This attack was due primarily because of negligence of the other a staff and big shots there. He had stated prior to the attack to staff on hand there that he had numerous thoughts and feelings about harming or killing someone. But the staff choose to not lock him up to keep others safe but instead allowed him to walk freely which in turn allowed this attack to happen. Since the attack the person responsible was able to beat the system and walk free from his actions which in turn the justice she deserved was never given, she also has suffered extreme issues of ptsd due to the attack. Has gone thru surgeries and counseling sessions and doctors and dentist appointments because of the attack. Back in September of 2019 my wife was given the ultimatum from her employer to have a form filled out by her doctor called a ADA (AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT) to see what she can do if she where to return to work, she had the form filled out and turned in and eventually was fired because what she needed to feel safe was a buddy system for first couple months and her employer told her they couldn't accommodate her, which in turn caused her to be fired. After this occurred workman's comp stopped paying her wages due to her being physically able to return to work, but its never been a physical issue, its always been a mental issue such as ptsd. Since we have dealt with workmans comp they have always gave my wife numerous issues and have denied many things especially medications she has needed and we have had to fight to get them. I'm the only one who can work and take care of my wife and child. We try to do everything the right way and seem to get the carpet pulled out from under my feet. We are seeking help from an attorney in Bismarck named, Dean Haas who is willing to help us try and get the last chance of justice she deserves. Workmans comp has taken advantage of her numerous times and this attorney can and will help us. We need help for attorney fees and stuff. Any help to give my wife the last chance for justice she deserves would be greatly appreciated. We don't have anyone who can help us we moved from Michigan to North Dakota to give my family a better life and it started that way but not even a year after we got here this happened so its taken a lot of toll on me personally its tough for my wife cause she can't remember much and this makes it harder for me and us as a whole.
