Dear friends, family and Go Fundme community,

It is with heavy heart that I’m announcing the death of Chamroeun Chaing on January 16, 2023. For those who knew him, he was kind hearted, loving, considerate and always put others before him. Chamrouen was 41 years old, born on February 8, 1981 and has been with his long time girlfriend of 20 plus years, Lisa Hoeur.

Chamroeun has been fighting a condition called Aplastic Anemia in which his body stop producing enough blood cells which left him prone to infections, fatigue and uncontrolled bleeding.

Chamroeun lost his mother from suicide at the age of 5 and his father pass of cancer a few years after. Chamroeun had 2 other brother who also passed away in Cambodia from a tragic accident.

As you can imagine, my family was not all that prepared for the financial burden that come along with a proper funeral and cremation arrangements. That is why I am reaching out to you all in hope that you’ll show your support. Not for me or any of my family but for Chamroeun Chaing who has lost his life at such a young age.
