Supporting Long-Term Refugees Toward Relocation
Across the world, many long-term refugees continue to live with deep uncertainty — facing ongoing challenges with food, safety, stability, and access to basic health needs. For some, years pass without any real pathway toward a permanent, secure home.
The Chamber of Hope Foundation, founded by Eldah Nasiani, exists to help change that.
Our mission is to identify individuals and families who have spent years waiting in displacement and support them as they begin the process of relocating to countries where they can finally rebuild their lives. While organizations such as the UNHCR provide vital support, many refugees still face gaps that prevent them from taking the first steps toward resettlement.
What Your Support Makes Possible
Your donations allow us to step in where support is limited, helping refugees move forward in their journey toward relocation. We focus on:
Targeting individuals and families who are ready and eligible for resettlement.
Supporting the requirements they must complete to begin the relocation process.
Guiding them through each stage, ensuring they’re not navigating this difficult path alone.
We work directly and personally — one family at a time — to make sure those who have waited the longest finally have the chance to move forward.
Why This Matters
For long-term refugees, relocation can mean:
a safe environment,
a stable future,
an opportunity to rebuild with dignity,
and the end of years lived in uncertainty.
Your contribution becomes part of that transformation. It helps real people — real families — take meaningful steps toward a new beginning.
Join Us
If you want to make a direct and lasting impact in someone’s life, this is one of the most powerful ways to do it. With your generosity, we can continue selecting families, supporting their journey, and giving them the chance they’ve been waiting for.
Thank you for standing with us.
