Hi my name is Chad, I have stage 4 metastatic head and neck cancer. I am a single father. I have four children, three that are out of their own, one is in the military and two are in the medical field, and one that is a college student, that lives with me and our two dogs. My cancer treatments involve 35 radiation treatments, seven chemotherapy sessions and two years of immunotherapy.I live in a small town and have to drive an hour each way in order to get to my treatments, except on days when I have both radiation and chemo, on those days I have an added hour of travel time, because they are at two different locations and are about45 miles apart. Since I am unable to work during my battle,, Iam using this to me with my monthly expenses as well as the expenses for travel , medications and other costs that may arise.
