Chadd's Road to Recovery

Hello to all of my dear family and friends,

As some of you may know, I have been in the hospital for over three weeks suffering from Sigmoid Colon Diverticulitis, which is an infection of my colon. It's been life-disrupting to be in the hospital unexpectedly and for such a long time. I have been in a lot of pain, in the weeks before hospitalization and since being in, although it is now manageable with all that the doctors and staff are doing to help me.

I will be going into surgery today, Wednesday the 16th, to have a stint put in allowing me to be somewhat back to normal for a few days, followed by another surgery that will put me back together again. I'm hoping that will be the end of all of this and that I can start to get myself back to normal.

It takes a lot for a person like me to realize that I need help, and then ask for it. But I'd like to do just that. The medical bills are going to be exorbitant and a lot to handle. I do have some assistance with Medicaid, but I know that the bills beyond that may not be manageable without some help. I so humbly ask that if you can find it in your heart to ease my burden, I would be beyond appreciative of you and your generosity.
