Chad Voss of Newton WI has a life changing spinal injury. Chad is 51 years old and is paralyzed from the chest down. Chad is currently in Chicago at a rehabilitation facility. Chad's family is fundraising to pay for a used handicap accessible van and to help offset the cost of food and travel for his recovery.
