Chad Tracy Medical Expenses

A group of family and friends are doing a fundraiser for Chad.
Since November 2022 Chad has suffered 3 strokes and has been unable to work.
During this time Chad has put all his energy into rehabilitation and trying to get back to his normal self.
Unfortunately, even with several months of therapy and continued work at home, things have not progressed as desired.
However, Chad has been excepted through a special program at Northwestern in Chicago. This program specializes with people with these types of strokes.
This therapy program will be 3 to 8 weeks long, and 5 day's a week of intense therapy.
Unfortunately their insurance will not be covering any of the Northwestern therapy programs.
- It is with humble hearts that Chad and his family have agreed to ask for help with the growing medical expenses and upcoming therapy programs.
