Hi my name is Justin one of Chads friends from VA.

Chad would have hated for me for doing this, so that's why we're doing it!

On behalf of his car club DCIVW I'm starting this GoFundMe to raise money for any services that Chads family may need in this difficult time. Whatever is not used for services will be given to his nieces Brooke and Grace towards their tuition. His sister Erin will let me know when his Day of remembrance/ Celebration is and i will update it immediately.
