In July 2021, Chad - a husband, father, son, brother and avid outdoorsman- was diagnosed with HGG, stage 4 Glioblastoma, inoperable brain cancer. Chad has undergone extensive scans, daily appointments, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and recently finished the 6 + week round of radiation. On top of the numerous medications Chad is already on, his next treatment plan is daily chemotherapy. 

Chad has not been able to work since his diagnosis, and his wife, Chris, and family remain by his side. With limited income and medical bills rising, these funds will be used to ease the stress of these accruing expenses.
