Hi!

This past Mother's Day, while riding his motorcycle Chad was struck by a truck, leading to a series of devastating injuries that have left Chad in a battle.

Chad suffered a broken tibia, a dislocated fibula, and three out of his five toes were fractured. His initial hospital stay of 26 days took an unexpected turn when an infection set in, penetrating the bone and claiming both the marrow and the bone itself. In the weeks that followed, Chad underwent an incredible 15 surgeries, as medical professionals fought valiantly to save his leg. However, despite their best efforts, the heartbreaking decision has been made—Chad's leg must be amputated.

This unimaginable journey has not only taken an emotional toll on Chad but has also placed a significant financial burden. The mounting medical bills, ongoing treatments, and the extensive rehabilitation process ahead are daunting challenges that he cannot face alone.

We invite you to join us in supporting Chad on his road to recovery. Your donations will help provide Chad with the necessary resources for prosthetics, adaptive equipment, and rehabilitation services for him to get back to doing what he loves, being a Firefighter for his community, as he has served as a Fire medic for the last 30 years!

Here's how you can make a difference:

Donate: Your financial support, no matter the amount, will go a long way in aiding Chad's recovery and helping him navigate the challenges ahead.
Share: Spread the word about Chad's story. Share this campaign with your friends, family, and networks. The more people who know, the more support we can gather.
Send Encouragement: Leave a message of encouragement for Chad and his family. Your words of strength and support will be a source of comfort during this difficult time.
Chad is a resilient soul with a fighting spirit, and with your help, we can empower him to face the future with hope and determination. This Mother's Day tragedy may have changed the course of Chad's life, but together, we can be a force for positive change.

Thank you for standing with the Chad during this challenging journey.
