Chad has had a rough couple weeks and has not been able to work. He is still being evaluated by doctors, and they think he has a disease (within the endocrine system). He has little strength and energy. Chad recently changed jobs due to being laid off (covid related) and has been working extremely hard at his new job. However, he is planned to be off to recover and starting back on November 30th. Being a new job, his short term disability doesn't kick in until early next year. Chad has a $2000 medical bill he needs help with and $2500 to help cover November rent and monthly bills.
