Dear Friends and Family, my name is Max Rothe. I have been dating Haley for the last 6 years and consider her family part of my own. I am writing to you with some unfortunate news. Chad passed away due to a brain aneurysm in the early hours of Friday, March 18th. We have all been devastated by the unexpected and tragic loss of Chad at such a young age.  He is survived by his wife Jen, and two daughters, Haley (21) and Cianna (15). Chad will be remembered by so many as he was such an integral part of the lives of his friends, clients, and of course, his family. We are deeply saddened to reach out to you on go fund me with this news and the request for aid. 

Many of you have been reaching out, asking what you can do to support the Koga family at this time. We are currently working to raise money for funeral and life expenses for his family, Jen, Haley, and Cianna. The family wishes to take a trip to Hawaii, Chads’ place of birth and where he called home for many years, to visit his family and spread his ashes. Chad was an amazing provider and his passing poses challenges for his family. Covering the cost of his current expenses and the family's living expenses are disheartening. Life without Chad’s love, laugh, and support will be an impossible reality to face, so we ask those who were close to Chad to help support his grieving family at this time.
