Hello. My name is Chris Butts. I am originally from Rosewood, Ohio and went to schools in the Graham Local Schoold district where I met my friend Chad Kaylor in the 3rd Grade. On the evening of October 31, 2019 my friend Chad Kaylor passed away. He is now at peace. The past couple of years have been rough for Chad because of many reasons. With medical issues and a loss of job, Chad had fallen on some difficult times. Unfortunately, Chad's children are very young and not able to afford the cost of a funeral for their father. Chad will be cremated and the. The memorial is going to be this coming Sunday, November 10, 2019. There will be a gathering of family & friends from 12:30pm to 2:30pm to give people the opportunity to express their condolences to the family at the Rosewood United Methodist Church, 6543 Rosewood Quincy Rd, Rosewood OH 43070 (Church is on the corner of St. Rt. 29 and Rosewood Quincy Road). The service portion will begin at 2:30pm. The service will probably be about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Following the service, there will be social time and the church will be providing a light meal to those who would like to attend.
Anyone who knew Chad would knows he would never of asked for help financially when he was alive. So I am asking for him in this time of need to help out his girls and siblings. So anything you can give would be appreciated. The goal of this fund is to pay for expenses incurred with the Funeral Home which will cost around $4500. We would also like to help the family with buying a burial plot and urn for cremanes. These will cost around $1500 to $2000. We will also be donating $500 to the Rosewood United Methodist Church for them making it possible to have the service there along with a small meal after the service. If we have enough of the fund left, we will also try and cover the cost of a headstone at the cemetery. I will be taking the responsibility on getting the funds to the necessary people for the cost of the above.
