Chad Hull/ Mayo Clinic

This is Chad Hull. He has had diabetes for 20 years. About 3 1/2 years ago, Chad got really sick. Went to multiple Dr's/specialists. Finally, 6 months later, found out he had had a heart attack. Had surgery and was supposed to get better but that hasn't happened at all. Chad has not been able to work since then, play basketball, play with his kids, mow his yard. He now has stage 3 kidney disease, uncontrollable blood pressure, gastroparesis, diabetic retinopathy, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, nausea/vomiting on a regular basis, dizziness, insomnia and stress. Chad has had multiple surgeries, takes all kinds of pills, constant appointments, and none if his Dr's can figure it out, nor seem to really care to. It has been heartbreaking for him, his wife, his 4 kids, and all who know him to watch him struggle with no relief. But there is new hope!!! Chad has been accepted to the Mayo Clinic!!!Any donation would be so appreciated to help this amazing man possible get some quality of daily life back and be around for a long time for his family that love him so deeply.
