CHAD HUBERT HEALTH CRISIS

Chad has been in intensive care for 2 weeks for a diabetes meltdown which almost took his life.  He had one of his legs amputated at the knee and also had open heart surgery so far among many other procedures.  He continues to slowly improve, but his recovery will take months and his ability to work and earn income will be impossible.  This money will help cover his bills and bridge the gap until he can get back to work. 

Chad has very little family.  He is an only child and both his parents are deceased.  As a result, his friends are everything to him and for those that know Chad he has a huge heart and would help anyone that needs it.  Lets help him like I know he would help us.  Thank you for your support.
