Chad Collins

Hi! Our son, Chad Collins, suffered a severe heart attack on Monday, February 26. As a result, he is in multi-organ failure and on dialysis. He was out of town working when this happened so he's hospitalized in northern Illinois, hours away from the metro St Louis area where all his family members reside. Until we can get him transferred to St Louis, family members have to travel to see him and be present to advocate for him. This involves so much daily expense for gas, food and lodging. Many people have reached out and offered to assist. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated as his road to recovery is going to be quite lengthy
