The family of Jesus 'Chachi' Arango has started this GoFundMe page to help raise money for Chachi's medical and ongoing recovery expenses.

 

Chachi was involved in a car accident that happened at 11:50’ish pm on Thursday, March 24th (the day of his birthday)

His truck had a mechanical problem that caused him to lose steering while he was driving. He tried to turn the wheel but couldn't.

 

He hit a tree and two power poles; the truck flipped three times, causing him to get thrown from the driver's seat to the trunk while unconscious.

He regained consciousness and managed to exit the truck from the rear.

The truck bent entirely in half.

 

He was transported via Trauma alert from the scene to Lakeland Regional Health; he was rushed into emergency surgery upon arrival.

He ruptured his spleen and had a massive head injury.

 

He's currently stable and recovering!

We're asking for some financial support to help cover the cost of his medical fees, impound fees, any ongoing recovery fees.
