Chacha’s Journey to Recovery

Hello, my name is Alex Corrales, and I appreciate you taking your time to read this. I am creating this GoFundMe account for my aunt Reyna better known as Chacha who is like second mom to me. She recently was in the hospital for 2 weeks with a severe case of measles. On the day she was released she suffered from an ischemic stroke at home which has left her in the hospital again. She is currently is in ICU, unable to, eat, talk or do basic commands. We are unsure of what her road to recovery looks like at this time but I would like to help her however I can.

She is a single mother who was the only person working in the home. She also was caring for her elderly mother. She is one of the kindest most giving people I know and I feel like during this difficult time we can rally around and help her. This has been a major shock to the family and unfortunately finances wait for noone. With that being said, this fundraiser is to help raise money to help Chacha with medical bills, utilities and for daily needs until she is able to get back to her normal life. Myself and the rest of her family appreciate all donations and prayers. God bless!

Hola, me llamo Alex Corrales y agradezco que se tomen el tiempo de leer esto. Estoy creando esta cuenta de GoFundMe para mi tía Reyna, mejor conocida como Chacha, quien es como una segunda madre para mí. Recientemente estuvo hospitalizada dos semanas con un caso grave de sarampión. El día que le dieron de alta, sufrió un derrame cerebral isquémico en su casa. lo que la ha dejado hospitalizada de nuevo, Actualmente se encuentra en la sala de cuidados intensivos, sin poder comer, hablar ni obedecer órdenes básicas. No sabemos cómo será su recuperación en este momento, pero me gustaría ayudarla en todo lo posible.

Es madre soltera y era la única persona que trabajaba en casa. También cuidaba de su madre de la tercera edad . Es una de las personas más amables y generosas que conozco, y siento que en estos momentos difíciles podemos unirnos para ayudarla. Esto ha sido un gran golpe para la familia y lamentablemente las finanzas no esperan a nadie. Dicho esto, esta recaudación de fondos es para ayudar a Chacha con sus gastos médicos, servicios públicos y necesidades diarias hasta que pueda volver a la normalidad.
