Rabbi Zalman and Chani Bukiet and Rabbi Moshe and Rivka Denburg, moved to Boca Raton, Florida over 25 years ago to establish a Chabad-Lubavitch Center that has since grown into five individual branches across Boca Raton. The West Boca Synagogue has outgrown leased space. “Currently, we have more than 250 people attending on the Sabbath, and on holidays close to 800,” said Bukiet, “We’ve been bursting at the seams for the last couple of years.”

Rabbi Bukiet is filled with pride and excitement as he describes his congregation's ambitious expansion plan to move to a permanent home in West Boca. The new Chabad Community Center will house a main sanctuary, library, lecture hall, catering facility, ritual bath, youth lounge, and classrooms for the Hebrew School. This new state of the art community center will be able to offer an even wider range of programming in a more comfortable setting.

The project has already generated quite a buzz and spark of excitement in the community of nearly 70,000 Jewish residents.

The community’s financial response for this project has been generous but still leaves us $ 360,000 short of our goal. Please help us reach our goal to open our doors in 2016!

Any amount will help, but for information regarding dedication opportunities follow this link: Dedication Opportunities.
