My family and I have decided to make a GoFundMe for the funeral expenses for my father. He was a strict, but loving father to all of us and those who were close to us. He always wanted nothing but the best for everyone.
He was the best and kindest person we knew, he taught my brothers and me, as well as others, a lot about trials and tribulations in life and how to overcome them. He meant the world to all of us.
We understand that everyone is/has hardships in these trying times of Covid. But whatever you can help with is very much appreciated, even if its just $1.
A little background on my Father (Cha Yeng Vue):
He was born on 01/01/1965 in Laos. He immigrated to Thailand as a refugee in the time of the Vietnam War, where he met my mother and had my oldest brother (Ho Xeng Vue). He later immigrated to Minneapolis, Minnesota as a refugee with his family. Here he worked hard on to earn his certificate to work in Metal press. In the US he would later come to have My brother (Yew Pheng Vue) and Me (Gold Tria Vue) as new additions to his little family. He would do everything he could to ensure that his little family had a home and food. Working odd hours of the night and overtime when he could.
He loved to go fishing and Deer hunting and always made sure that he made time to get away and have a relaxing weekend. On these fishing and hunting trips he would often take my brothers and me to keep him company or to teach us the fun of fishing and hunting. Even his hobbies, he made sure that he was still able to provide food for his family. He never thought of just himself, he always thought of the bigger picture, of his family. He also loved making little Knick knacks in his small little wood work bench in the garage. He has taught us to love and respect the outdoors, to find the small little things to be fun, while being able to provide food for your family.
