Cha Cha continues to fight!

Hi, I'm Sheri and am starting this fundraiser for my big sis Theresa, aka Cha Cha. A wonderfully silly, incredibly strong loving woman who was recently told by her doctors that her colon cancer, originally diagnosed in June 2020, is back for a third time and unfortunately is not going away. Despite multiple surgeries, chemo, healthy living and the use of homeopathic medicine, her cancer is again present in her lungs and liver. The good news is that Cha Cha continues to smile through all the ups and downs these last few years have thrown at her and has been blessed to have her husband, Tito (who is also a cancer survivor) by her side.

The constant influx of bills is stressful in a situation that already requires infinite courage and strength. All of us who love Theresa and Tito cannot stand by and allow them to fight this battle alone. We want them to know we are with them every step of the way and that we can make each step a little easier by taking part of the financial burden off their shoulders. They and their doctors will do the rest but they need us to be right beside them.

Our family started a GoFundMe page for Theresa three years ago when her cancer was first detected. You responded beautifully and every cent was very much appreciated. We had hoped and prayed for a knockout punch but that did not happen and now we know it is going to be a very long fight. Theresa and Tito are ready to fight. They will never give up but they cannot do it alone. They need a good corner in this fight and that’s where we all come in. We are their corner and their support. We are where the encouragement comes from and together can literally wipe the sweat from their brows. They are champions but they need their corner. So please be there for her, for them, for us.

It's going to take a lot of strength, encouragement, support, love and, yes, money to make this happen. In addition to the constant care provided by her loving husband and the loyal companionship of their dog, Buddy, Cha Cha needs financial support. And we need more than dollars! We need prayers. We need special words of support and friendship. You can do all of that. But most of all, you can take away the added pressure of all the never-ending bills so all of their energy can stay in the ring for the fight of Theresa’s life. Everything you can and will do is deeply appreciated. Being sick is expensive and, as we know, the expenses go way beyond the cost of treatments, meds and doctor visits. Please help Cha Cha go the distance and live the life which she deserves. You will never meet a better, more caring, beautiful soul than my big sis Theresa.
