On Sunday, September 7th, I will be running the Vale of York Half Marathon in memory of Dean, who we sadly lost in May. This has been an incredibly difficult time for Blake, their beautiful daughter Olivia, and all of Dean’s family and friends. Dean will always be with us in spirit and in our memories.

I have been training to complete the run to support Blake and Olivia and to help give them the chance for a much-needed break—a little time away to rest and relax.
