Wyatt Dickerson's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
Wyatt Dickerson was born in Vail, CO and raised in Breckenridge. A true Breck native! Anyone who's had the pleasure of meeting Wyatt would agree that he is one of the most kind, genuine and humble people you'll meet.
Wyatt recently turned 23 and graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in mechanical engineering. On May 30, while camping in Moab, UT with his girlfriend, Wyatt suffered a heart attack and was airlifted to Grand Junction via Flight For Life. Wyatt underwent two surgeries including two valve stints and the removal of a blood clot in his leg, a second Flight For Life to Denver, multiple MRIs and spent over two weeks in the ICU.
The Animal Bus will be hosting a fund raising event at the Carter Park Pavilion in Breckenridge, CO on Tuesday, August 3rd. The event will feature free live music from local bands, food and drinks provided by local establishments, a silent auction, volleyball, sunshine and more!
Wyatt has a bright future, but he is also facing a long road to recovery. Let's help him take these first few steps!
