As you may know there is a very large fire in Northern California tearing through Lake County. This fire has cost many families their homes, including Coast Guard Firefighter Chad Davis who works with Training Center Petaluma's Fire Dept. His new house was caught in the path of the fire and while the barn was spared, the main building was destroyed. We are collecting money to offset the costs associated with being displaced and having to live in an RV as well as future costs to clean up the property, site preparations, and rebuild costs. 

Insurance will cover the bulk of replacement, but as we all know they are never quite quick enough or fall short on expectations.
We ask that this doesn't be made aware to Chad and his family at this time, they have more important things to deal with right now.

Let's come together and support those who protect our homes and loved ones. Give what you can spare, and know that all extra proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross to also support other families devastated by this disaster.
