CGA Bears vs AFA Falcons Ice Hockey in Colorado

Be a part of the first-ever match-up between CGA vs AFA Hockey and pledge your support today! As Ambassadors of CGA Bears Hockey, we are organizing this fundraiser to cover the cost of the team’s transportation to and from the USAFA in Colorado Springs, CO.

On January 19 & 20, 2024 the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Bears Ice Hockey Team is headed to Colorado Springs to play two games against the Falcons of the U.S. Air Force Academy. The Bears Ice Hockey Team is an ACHA D3 team that competes in the NECHA Colonial Conference (South Division) and plays its home games at Dayton Arena in New London, CT. In 2022, the Bears won the conference championship and played in the ACHA National tournament. These two games could help CGA get back to the National Tournament in 2024 and will be the first time that these two service academies have faced off against each on the ice.

We appreciate you taking the time to read our story. Any amount of money that you are able to donate will be put toward this event. If we are fortunate to exceed our goal, additional funds will be used solely for the hockey team's needs. This drive will be live until 1 October 2023.
