My name is Hannah Kirkwood, I am 13 years old and I live in Carmel, CA. I formed Hannah's Heart because I want to help kids fight cancer by raising money and awareness. My goal is to raise $3,000 to donate to pediatric cancer charity. The inspiration behind my fundraising is a little boy named Ronan who passed away from neuroblastoma just days before his fourth birthday. I wanted to donate to a local charity and found Jacob's Heart. All money raised will be donated to Jacob's Heart Cancer Support Services, a charity that exists to help improve the quality of life for children with cancer as well as support their families in the challenges they face. Their service area includes that of Monterey as well as Santa Cruz, San Benito, and South Santa Clara Counties.
