WE TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN.

Retired Station Agent Beverly Powell (The Mayor of Rockaway Parkway train station) retired last year after 3 decades  of service with New York City Transit Authority. She brought an apartment  in George last year  to start a new chapter in her life. Today her apartment building caught on fire and was completely destroyed. Beverly escaped the fire unharmed and we are grateful for this miracle. Beverly  lost everything in that horrific  fire. The clothing on her  back were her only processions she escaped  with.. PLEASE  join forces  with Timeeka Finney aka Meek Meek and  myself and help one of our own to start the process of rebuilding her life .
