Dear family and friends,
It’s with a heavy heart that I am writing today to let everyone know about the loss of our father Manuel A. Lopez Medina .Our dad had been dealing through a few medical conditions, he suffered a stroke in April 9th in Puerto Rico, we flew him back home to get the care he needed, his condition took a Turn for the worse in September.
He was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer, post surgery he suffered another stroke, causing paralysis to half his body, he could no longer speak directly to us, his health kept deteriorating and suddenly on the night Of October 5th he passed...
He was an incredible human, the most loving person, we were truly blessed to call dad .
We are heart broken and devastated, the last thing we want to think about are costs, unfortunately we are struggling to find the funds to cover the services, anything anyone can donate is truly And deeply appreciated.
